The Executive Director of the Development Fund of Georgia, Besik Bugianishvili and the Fund's management met with a mission from the International Monetary Fund.
The current mission's goal is to assess the macroeconomic situation in Georgia, as well as the country's fiscal and monetary policies, by the International Monetary Fund. In this format, Besik Bugianishvili introduced the management team and members of the Supervisory Board of the "Development Fund Georgia" to the IMF mission. During the meeting, the fund's representatives discussed the institutional changes implemented in the Development Fund Georgia as a result of the reform, its investment priorities, and ongoing activities, providing detailed information on issues of interest to the mission.
Meetings between the Development Fund of Georgia and representatives of the International Monetary Fund will continue in the future.
