Documentation to be submitted:
In the case of an operating company, an extract from the Registry of Entrepreneurial and Non-Entrepreneurial subjects
Bank details and documentation submitted by the potential partner (individual and/or legal entity) from a bank operating in Georgia, which was submitted for establishing a bank account
A complete business plan (company description - description and purpose of the investment project, business model, legal structure; market analysis; human capital/organizational structure; product description; marketing and sales strategy; financial projections; initial investment amount and financing structure; project risks and means of mitigating these risks; exit strategy from the project)
Investment cost and project cost estimation
Financing structure of the investment project
If necessary, a feasibility study, which must be prepared by a consulting company approved by the Fund
In case of an operating company, historical audited financial statements of the partner/company (at least the statements of the last fiscal year)
In the case of an operating company, partner/company tax documentation: if available, VAT returns for the last 12 months and a reconciliation of payments with the budget
