The Development Fund of Georgia is rehabilitating and restoring the 19th-century historic immovable monument of cultural heritage of national importance Likani complex. The complex comprises Romanov Palace, orangery, hotel, former government residence and conference room. At this moment, the design of the Romanov Palace and Likani Historical Complex has already been completed. The concept of the project has been elaborated on the basis of scientific research and historical documentation, according to which the historical complex will return to its original form and for the first time in the history of its existence any visitor will be able to see it. The palace of Nikoloz Romanov, a former government residence and orangery, built at the end of the 19th century, will be restored with authenticity. The complex will also include a hotel, conference hall, visitor center, administrative building and hiking bridge. The historic park will be renovated, a dendrological plan will be implemented, and the historic Likani complex will be part of Georgia's tourism infrastructure.
